The Commission for Relations with Religious Communities and Groups informs the public through the media: ANNOUNCEMENT

The Commission for Relations with Religious Communities informs the public that in a democratic constitutional and legal system such as the Macedonian one is and aspires to be, freedom of religion and manifestations of one's faith is an inviolable right of every citizen, just as complete freedom is inviolable and guaranteed to every citizen to decide whether he will be a part of certain manifestations of faith, rituals and rites.

If any citizen was misled, deceived or forced against his will, he has the right to judicial protection of his rights. A citizen who is aware that a person has committed a crime or other delict is called to report the same. Every person has the obligation and the opportunity to think, but also the right to decide according to his own conscience to whom and whether to place his faith.

The Commission informs the public that in direct contact with the legal entity voluntary community of individuals Christian Church "Blaga Vest", a religious entity registered in the Unified Court Register under number RSVZRG-1/16, it has determined that the person Konstantin Kaysharov, who independently informs the public about his activities which he defines as healing, deliverance from demons, curses and spells and for which he shares video presentations is a responsible person, president and religious person of the voluntary community of individuals Christian Church "Blaga Vest" and undertakes his activities as such.

The Commission stands firmly on the position that prejudices are not a measure of the omissions against the law, and seriously considering the actions of the subject, it indicates to the Christian Church "Blaga Vest" and to its person in charge, Konstantin Kaysharov, to be especially careful in public relations not to create sensationalism from manifestations of faith and with increased attention to respect the integrity and dignity of people who have decided to be part of its rites and rituals, as well as when acting, announcing activities and their realization to make it clear to people that they are organized by the Christian Church "Blaga vest", in order to reduce the chances of people making an oversight and misconception.
