Allow me in these difficult moments to express our sincere condolences to you, to the staff of the Committee and to all the citizens of the Republic of Albania. Мany killed and injured citizens, collapsed buildings create grief throughout the Balkans.

As humans being powerless to resist the force of nature we need to constantly stick together and help each other in difficult times.
